Currently, there are more than one million members in the ASI Consumer panel and more than 450,000 members in the ASI for Business panel. Both panels have historically grown at a rate of 20-25% per year.
How do you recruit your panel members?
ASI research panels are recruited using a controlled, "by invitation only" method. Panelists are sourced from the customer bases of our sponsor companies, which include American Airlines, BLOCKBUSTER, Delta Airlines, Hertz, Hilton HHonors, Hertz, and Vail Resorts. All recruitment methodologies fully comply with the guidelines of CASRO, of which ASI is a member organization. We do not use banner ads for panel recruitment, or purchased e-mail addresses from third parties.
How segmented are your panels?
The ASI Consumer and ASI for Business panels are both highly segmented. During enrollment, each ASI panelist creates a detailed demographic, psychographic and geographic profile with over 400 variables. Using this information as a starting point for all research projects, ASI can select its samples to match any target audience desired. For example, ASI will also typically perform another "blind screener" to further pre-qualify panelists to match specific project needs.
How responsive are your panelists?
Survey completion rates average 15 to 25% for consumer panelists and 25 to 35% among business panelists.
How do you mainain and update your panels?
In addition to recruiting new members on a regular basis, ASI also provides incentives to all current panelists to keep their profiles fresh using a dynamic profile enrichment process. This method is state-of-the-art in terms of panel profile refreshment and maintenence.

The ASI for Business panel has occupational profile information available on over 750,000 individuals, and full business profile information available on over 450,000 individuals. Average household income among these individuals is over $105K. Survey completion rates average 25 to 35%.
